Are you a car rental company?

No, we are not a car rental company. We are agents who work with many trusted car rental agencies around the world to find you the best deals and service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer, Cash (at our office), Credit card and Debit card

Can I choose a specific car model?

Yes, some car rental agencies allow you to choose a specific car model—this is usually available for high-end vehicles. However, most agencies do not guarantee a specific model and only confirm the vehicle category.

What is the cancellation policy ?

✓ Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the vehicle pickup date and time. You will receive a 100% credit of your payment for future bookings.
✓ Cancellation 24–48 hours before pickup: You will receive a 50% credit of your payment for future bookings.
✓ Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup: Unfortunately, no refund or credit will be provided.

Can I rent a car with a debit card?

No, car rental agencies only accept credit cards. A valid credit card is required to secure the rental and cover the security deposit.

What documents and requirements are needed to pick up the rental car?

To collect your rental car, you’ll need the following:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • A credit card in the name of the main driver (for the security deposit)
  • Round-trip airline or cruise tickets
  • A valid passport
  • Minimum age: 21 years (Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge, depending on the rental agency)
  • Payment of a security deposit (amount varies by rental company and vehicle category)
What services are NOT included in my booking?

Our rates do NOT include the following services:

  • GPS navigation system.
  • Baby/child seats.
  • Fuel (gasoline).
  • Personal belongings insurance (not required by law).
  • Roadside assistance.
How do I modify a reservation?

To modify your reservation, simply contact our customer service team via WhatsApp. We’ll be happy to assist you with any changes. WhatsApp

Can I book by phone?

We do not accept reservations by phone. However, when you book with us via WhatsApp, you gain access to some of the most competitive prices and exclusive discounts on the market.

Can I pick up the car in one location and return it in another?

Yes, if you’d like to return the rental car at a different location, you can request this when making your booking with us. If you’ve already picked up the car and wish to change the return location, you’ll need to contact the rental company directly. Please note that additional charges may apply for one-way rentals.

What should I do if there are additional charges?

The reservation holder should contact the car rental company directly regarding any additional charges. Please note that the rental company may charge the registered credit card for any fines, violations, or related administrative fees. If you're unable to resolve the issue with the rental company, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to assist you.

What happens if I return the car later than agreed?

Returning the car after the agreed time will result in additional charges. If you anticipate a delay, please contact the rental location where you picked up the car. You can find their contact number on the copy of the rental agreement provided at the start of your rental.

Can I drive the car in another state or country?

Most rental companies allow driving across state lines and even international borders. However, if you plan to travel outside the country or region where the reservation was made, we recommend informing us at the time of booking to avoid any issues or restrictions.

Can someone else drive the rental car?

Only drivers listed on the rental contract are allowed to drive the vehicle. All additional drivers must be present at the time of pickup and meet the same requirements as the primary driver.

What is an international credit card?

An international credit card is one that can be used by merchants and banks worldwide. Common examples include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. It's important to check with your card issuer to ensure your card is enabled for international transactions.

What is the security deposit?

The security deposit is a sum held by the rental company to cover potential extra charges such as damage, fines, or fuel discrepancies. This amount is temporarily blocked on your credit card during the rental period and released once the car is returned in the agreed condition. Always review the rental contract for specific terms regarding the deposit.

Is smoking allowed in the rental car?

No, most rental companies have a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited, and if violated, you may be charged a cleaning fee or penalty.

What type of cars I can rent?

CarzRental offers a wide range of categories including Compact, Intermediate, Full-size, Sedan, Minivan, SUV, Luxury, Special, Convertible, and more. Available vehicles vary based on the date, time, and location of your reservation.

Does the rental price include insurance?

It depends on the rate selected. Most rentals include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW/LDW) and Third-Party Liability (TPL). However, additional coverage may be required or recommended based on your needs or local regulations.

What happens if I return the car with less fuel than it had at pickup?

You will be charged for the missing fuel—often at a higher rate than local gas stations. To avoid this, it's best to refill the tank to the same level as when you received the car.

What type of car should I choose?

That depends on your travel needs:

  • For city driving: a compact car is ideal
  • For families or more luggage: consider an SUV or minivan
  • For off-road or rural areas: a 4x4 might be necessary
What does roadside assistance cover?

Roadside assistance typically includes help with a dead battery, flat tire, mechanical issues, or getting locked out. This service usually comes at an additional cost, so check with the rental company beforehand.

What should I check when picking up the car?

Before driving off, inspect the vehicle for any visible damage, check the fuel level, and confirm all extras (like GPS or child seats) are included. It's a good idea to take photos of the car to document its condition.

What happens if I return the car earlier than planned?

Some rental companies may offer a partial refund for early returns, but many do not. It's best to check the specific terms in your rental agreement.

Can I rent a car with a temporary or provisional driver’s license?

In most cases, provisional or temporary licenses are NOT accepted. You must present a valid, physical driver’s license when picking up the car.

If I pay in Argentine pesos, what exchange rate is used for the dollar?

You will need to consult with us at the time of your reservation to confirm the current exchange rate being applied.

What are the requirements to rent a car?
  1. Valid driver's license (only physical format is accepted; digital or printed versions are not valid).
  2. For rentals in Europe: a valid driver’s license from your country + an International Driving Permit (IDP). + International Driving permit.
  3. A physical credit card in the name of the driver (only CREDIT CARDSare accepted, not debit cards), with sufficient limit to cover the required deposit.
Do I need an International Driving Permit?

Only for rentals in Europe. In addition to a valid driver’s license from your country of origin, drivers must present an International Driving Permit (IDP). This permit is required to comply with European road regulations and must be submitted along with your original license at the time of rental. Make sure to obtain your IDP before your trip to avoid any issues.

Why is using credit card insurance a bad idea?

Some credit cards offer rental car insurance, but it usually doesn’t include third-party liability coverage and often comes with high deductibles. The claims process can also take months.

No. Tolls are not included.

Can I rent a car if I’m under 25 years old?

Yes, most rental agencies accept drivers under 25 with an additional young driver fee.

Is a baby seat included in my booking?

No, baby seats are not included. However, you can request one at the rental counter when picking up the car. Note that this service has an extra cost.

How can I avoid extra charges on my reservation?

When picking up the car, carefully review the rental contract and ensure that all conditions match your reservation with us.

Can I add an additional driver to my reservation?

Yes, you can add an additional driver. Some rental companies may allow this without extra cost. The additional driver must be present at pickup and meet the same requirements as the main driver.

What should I do if I have an accident?

In case of an accident, contact emergency services immediately, then report the incident to the rental company. You can find the rental company's contact number on your rental agreement.

Are there any usage restrictions on the rental car?

Rental cars are for personal use only. They must not be used for towing, public transport, or any prohibited activity. Any specific restrictions will be outlined in your rental agreement.

Why do I need a credit card to pick up the car?

You must present a personal credit card, valid in the country of pickup, with sufficient funds for the security deposit. Third-party credit cards are not accepted. Prepaying your reservation does not replace this requirement. The rental company will approve the credit card upon pickup.

Can I pay for my reservation with another card?

Yes, you can pay for the reservation using a credit card in your name or that of a family member, friend, or company. However, the credit card used at pickup must belong to the person named on the booking.

Are pets allowed in the car?

Most rental companies allow pets, but we recommend checking with the pickup location in advance. Please return the car clean and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning fees.
Additionally, be sure to return the car clean and free from animal hair to avoid the additional fees for cleaning or repairs.

If you're running late, notify the rental company as soon as possible. Most companies hold the reservation for a limited time. If you don't inform them, your reservation may be canceled, and vehicle availability cannot be guaranteed.

How are late return fees calculated?

Late return fees are based on the number of extra hours used. Some companies charge by the hour, while others may charge for a full day, depending on how late the return is.

Can I rent a car without insurance?

No, we do not offer rentals without insurance.

Can I rent a car without a reservation?

Yes, but availability may be limited, and rates are usually higher without an advance booking.

What should I do if I lose the car keys?

Contact the rental company immediately. Replacing lost keys may result in additional charges.

What if I receive a fine during the rental period?

You are responsible for paying any traffic, parking, or toll violations. The rental company may also charge an administrative fee for processing these fines.

Can I drive the rental car with an expired license?

No, your driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period. Expired licenses are not accepted.

Is an International Driving Permit (IDP) mandatory?

While not always required, having an IDP is highly recommended because:

  • It simplifies the rental process
  • It serves as a backup in case of police checks
  • Some insurers require it to process claims in the event of an accident
